Creativity 101
All people are creative. But most do not realize their true creative potential. Classes focus on teaching students how to tap into their own unique creativity through experimentation, as opposed to over-emphasizing technique.
Basic Design andTechniuqe
That being said, technique is still always approached and tied into every class in a relaxed manner. Classes cover traditional techniques as well as experimental ones. Students learn drawing techniques and styles, as well as color theory, composition, and the application of various mediums, surfaces, and tools.
Artists and Eras
Students learn art history and have fun exploring the styles and techniques of famous artists and the artistic eras during which they lived.
Fun Projects
Classes emphasize the fun and joy of creating original works of art. We go beyond the use of drawing and acrylic painting to include alternative and non-conventional mediums. Students produce one-of-a-kind showpieces that they can be proud of making.
