About Me

Thank you for visiting my website and checking out my artwork! I am a fun and flaky mother of three beautiful kids. I can remember loving art as far back as the age of three, when I would draw crayon murals all over the walls! I enjoy creating art simply because the act of creation is an enjoyable and magical experience. It feels as though the universe is speaking and I am merely channeling that creative energy into a visible, material form. I love exploring the various possibilities of expression and subject matter, and tend to create paintings that convey a whimsical and childlike sense of wonder and playfulness. I gravitate towards my own inner-concept of the  natural world, as well as my mind's own abstraction of  the way that music and the pure joy contained within the soul would appear were it to be visible to the eye. I love using bright, neon, fluorescent, metallic and iridescent paints. Themes that most inspire me are butterflies, flowers, and the forest. But I enjoy expanding my ideas and breaking past limitations. It is my hope that the art that I create touches the hearts and enriches the minds of those who view it.
